Join owner John Cushing and guest medical herbalist Bee McGovern for a morning walk and talk around the kitchen garden. John, who co-founded the hotel and restaurant, is the driving force to the genuinely productive kitchen garden, which showcases the growing of herbs and vegetables, many of which are unusual.
Bee will focus on key medicinal uses and nutritional benefits, along with preparation ideas.
Afterwards enjoy a seasonally driven herb focused three course lunch designed by Head Chef Liam Philbin, showcasing herbs and produce from the garden.
Head Gardener Nick Huxley will be on hand to offer sage counsel in the art of herb and vegetable cultivation.
