Spring is in the Air
Spring is here at last at Goldstone and from the moment you step onto the threshold you will feel at home.
On arrival you will see our vibrant pink, sweet camelia with its large bushy blooms, setting the tone for the rest of your visit. Daffodils are in full bloom along with a blue carpet of Chionodoxa and Scilla. The Primrose and Cowslips are also flowering beautifully and add to the perfect picture of Spring.
Goldstone at Home
The response to our Goldstone delivered has been astonishing and we’ve had extraordinary feedback – a huge thank you to all of our customers for supporting.
Opening Up
The countdown is now on to re-opening!
We are taking bookings from 12th April 2021 for visiting and dining within our RHS partner garden. See Opening times here.
From 17th May the rule of 6 (or 2 households) will apply for dining inside, and from the 21st June we will be fully re-opened as per government guidance.
Bookings
We are busy and planning parties for both large and smaller groups and dinners. If you have something in mind, do not hesitate to call.
Staycation
We are perfectly placed for a staycation. Away from the madding crowd and with many famous gardens locally, Goldstone is the perfect place to enjoy both your new freedom and the peaceful Shropshire countryside in the convivial setting of our Georgian country house hotel.
As well as enjoying our award winning 5 acre garden, we are lucky to be close to many other award winning gardens of merit such as Wollerton Old Hall, The Dorothy Clive Garden and Hodnet Hall Gardens. Also, just over the border in Staffordshire, there is Trentham Gardens with the mile long Capability Brown designed Trentham Lake – a true spectacle.
