Garden led, flavour driven – full of character and reflective of the seasons

The bounty of our large productive kitchen garden underpins the delivery of a restaurant offering the very best fresh, seasonally grown, preserved and locally sourced produce.

Food, drinks and hospitality are very much at the heart of the Goldstone experience and we strive to deliver exceptional flavour set to innovative and uncompromising standards.

With luscious produce cultivated in raised beds, fruit cages, poly tunnel plus herbal walkway boasting over 100 different herbs, our produce is lovingly sown, grown and harvested by the head gardener and his team throughout the year.

Breakfast

Mon – Friday: 7.00am – 10.30am
Saturday – Sunday: 8.30am – 10.30am

Lunch

Monday to Saturday from 12 noon – 2.30pm

Afternoon Tea

Monday – Sunday 3.00pm-5.00pm

Dinner

Monday to Sunday 6.30 pm- 9.30pm (until 8.30pm on Sunday)

Sunday Luncheon

Sunday Only 12 noon – 2.30pm

We are self-sufficient in many varieties of fruit and vegetables and our team champion rare and heritage breeds. We also trial different cultivars for preferred soil type and as well as individual plant qualities such as taste, reliability, yield and disease resistance.

There is a huge background and experience in cooking as well as expertise and passion for wine, with a list boasting 15 wines by the glass plus in house drink and food pairing experience!

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and Sunday luncheon, weekly.

ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES

We work in a multi ingredient, open minded, fast moving kitchen and embrace that in a modern world many of us are affected by some ingredients. These tend to be used in the food industry to aid their manufacturing processes. That is not the Goldstone and Head Chef’s way. We always have wheat flour and nuts ranging around the kitchen but we will always let you know which dishes they are in and always have alternatives on the go. Please let us know if you have an allergy or if you have guests who has any special requirements, and we will be pleased to sort it.
