Join assistant gardener, Sarah Smith-Roe, and Hotel owner, John Cushing, for a guided Garden Tour exploring the award-winning garden and one-acre kitchen garden with its bountiful summer produce including the heritage vegetable collection.
This will be followed by a delicious, seasonally inspired tasting menu showcasing the best of Goldstone terroir. Highlights will include vegetable varieties grown from the Heritage Seed Library (HSL) chosen for their flavour and suitability to local soil type , such as Dwarf French bean – Navy Bean Edmund, Pea – Yorkshire Hero, Squash – White Serpent, Tomato – Stonors Most Prolific and Pepper – Nardello
Other seasonal picks include, fennel, nasturtium, lettuce, beetroot, lemon verbena, woodruff, tayberries & alpine strawberries. Locally sourced meat, cheese and wine will also feature.

12.30pm – Six course seasonal tasting lunch
3.00pm – Finish
Diners will be seating together
Pathways are gravel and grass for the garden tour.
